6. Stretching your comfort zone
It's very easy to just take actions which are within our comfort zone. However true success comes about when we take actions which are outside our comfort zone and stretching us in all different ways. As you stretch yourself you will be gaining a whole new set of skills and this development can really have the effect of boosting your confidence massively.
7. Used Positive Visualisation
Keep your mind focused on your goals actually see yourself in possession of the things that you want in life. Find a quiet place and use your imagination to clearly see yourself having achieved your desired objective.

It's one thing to have a detailed plan it's another thing to actually stick to it.
This is where you will need to have deep reservoirs of energy we and enthusiasm for your dreams and goals. You will need to develop a second plan to maintain your inspiration through the inevitable ups and downs.
This could take the form of constantly looking at a vision board of your dreams and goals and also writing in a journal on a daily basis to track your progress towards them.
10. Track Your Progress and Build Confidence
