Consider how this power source will substitute the body's cells with new, pure oxygen and positive healing energies. Consider exhaling old cells, fatigue, sickness, and fears.

Allow your thoughts to float around your head like clouds. Allow them to enter and proceed through gently. If your mind wanders to a negative idea, return your attention to your breathing.




Thank some recurring unpleasant feelings for entering your mind, then kindly release them.

Just pay attention to the positive, distinct sound; the vibration of your body.

Exercise to Restore Your Energy
